Duncan Hall

Initially opened to residents in fall 2008, Duncan Hall was the first new residence hall built in more than a decade. The building's construction was made possible through a generous donation from Raymond T. Duncan, a 1952 graduate of the University and president of Duncan Oil, Inc., who also served as a member of the Arts and Letters Advisory Council and as a member of the advisory council for the Snite Museum of Art. The hall is located next to recreational fields and the nine-hole Notre Dame golf course. Duncan is home to approximately 230 men.
