Keenan Hall

Built in 1957 as a residence hall for freshmen, Keenan Hall features classic ’50s architecture and is named for Notre Dame alumnus James Keenan and dedicated in memory of his son, James Keenan, Jr. Keenan Hall is connected to Stanford Hall with shared spaces of a chapel and entrance lounge. The basement of Keenan Hall houses Zaland, a student-run pizza place. Nearly 300 men call Keenan Hall home.

Keenan Hall’s signature event, the Keenan Revue, is one of the most popular—and entertaining—campus events.
